Road racer Guy Martin has announced that he will be at the Autosport Show in January, riding a Honda CRF450 Short Track bike at the Live Action Arena on Saturday 16th and Sunday 17th.

Guy has become a notoriously fast motorcycle racer, but is also well known for his quirky character which has been shown in his TT film Closer to the Edge, as well as his TV series Speed with Guy Martin and, more recently, Guy Martin: Last Flight of the Vulcan Bomber.

Autosport International Show Director Ian France said: “Guy Martin is without a doubt a huge fan favourite and we’re absolutely delighted that he’ll be at Autosport International throughout the weekend.

“Whether you’re an admirer of his exploits in road racing events such as the Isle of Man TT or you’ve enjoyed one of his many brilliant TV shows, seeing his skills in the Live Action Arena will be a real treat and another highlight of an absolutely packed show.”

The A-list guest appearances for Autosport International don’t stop there, however, with Triple FIA World Champion Petter Solberg making another appearance at the show with his stunts in the Live Action Arena.

Damon Hill will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of his 1996 F1 World Championship at the event, including a reunion with his Williams FW18. Williams Martini Racing themselves will be present, bringing with them a large collection of their F1 cars to the NEC in Birmingham.
