Max Verstappen will become the third driver to receive an engine penalty at this weekend's Belgain Grand Prix, as the Dutchman takes on a sixth Renault engine for the season.

This is Verstappen's second engine penalty of the season, taking his first in Canada.

"We will need to understand the tyres well and work on a good strategy," said Phil Charles, Toro Rosso's chief race engineer.

"It's a pity, this being his home Grand Prix, but this is racing and we're looking forward to the challenge."
