A paragraph on an article on FIAFORMULAE.COM could give us a positive indication that the upcoming Formula E tests at Donington will be open to the public.

Excerpt from FIAFORMULAE.COM

The wording suggests that there may be paid tickets available for the first of the three tests taking place in August. It was already known that the third and final test would be open to the public but this may suggest that the rest are open too

The testing dates will all take place over three two day sessions on 10, 11, 17, 18, and 24, 25 August.
