The open class Honda runners endured a tough day in Holland with not one of them scoring a point at the Dutch TT.
Nicky Hayden was the best and only placed RC213V-RS rider in 16th but was some four-seconds behind Loris Baz on the Forward Yamaha in the last of the points paying positions. The American's team-mate Eugene Laverty crashed out with ten laps to go. The Irishman was in contention for points at that point.
Jack Miller's race lasted a grand total of 17 turns when he went down at the final chicane, taking Avintia Ducati's Hector Barbera with him at the end of the opening lap.
Karel Abraham didn't even start having been ruled unfit by the medical centre. The Czech rider broke a toe on his left foot in an FP4 crash in Barcelona and was due to be replaced by World Superbike podium finisher Michael Van Der Mark before the deal fell through. Abraham should hopefully be back in action in Germany.
