Markelov excluded from sprint race

RUSSIAN TIME driver Artem Markelov has been excluded for the Austrian GP2 Sprint Race for having less than 1 litre of fuel left at the end of the race, breaching regulations.

Markelov had finished eighth in the race, but the position and the final point on offer now goes to Alexander Rossi.
