de Villota investigation concluded

The Health and Safety Executive, which has been investigating the testing accident involving Maria de Villota has ruled that no action will be taken against Manor Marussia. de Villota crashed into a support truck at Duxford Airfield in 2012 and lost her right eye.

Marussia completed their own investigation at the time of the accident and stated that their was no problem with the car that de Villota had been testing. Following their own investigation, the HSE have said that “After an investigation into the incident it has been decided no enforcement action.”

Manor GP, known as Marussia F1 Team at the time of the accident, have not commented on the findings of the investigation.
