The 2015 Czech Grand Prix at the popular Brno circuit has been plunged into uncertainty once again. According to German new outlet www.speedweek.com, circuit owner Karel Abraham Snr and the Governor of the South Moravian region are at a disagreement as to who should oversee the event. As a result the local government has ceased payments to Abraham, which is reportedly 30%-40% of the race hosting fee, and this has meant that he is unable to pay Dorna the €2.73 million required to host the race. Abraham claims that the local government still owe him somewhere in the region of €1 million that was to be paid towards last year's Grand Prix. With the 2015 race scheduled to take place midway through August, Dorna CEO Carmelo Ezpeleta has issued an ultimatum to both parties that a resolution must be found by the first of June or the 2015 event will be cancelled.
